Choices Knowsley provides inclusive, needs-led support for children and young people with a disability, and the people who care for them.

A community approach

Managed primarily through referrals from Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, our Choices project is designed with a sense of community at the core. Provision is made available for disabled children and young people so they have the opportunity to feel supported and inspired as part of a community, whilst also giving parents and carers a break from their caring role.

Who is it for?

Created with children, young people and families at the heart, Choices offers fun, empowering activities at two levels: Core for lower level of need service users and Enhanced for higher level of need service users.

Sunday – The Star Children’s Centre, Kirkby

1pm-4pm: 8-14 years old (enhanced)

Sunday – Hilltop Children’s Centre, Huyton

10am -1pm: 4-7years old (core)
